So there I sit with the ominous "screen name" box. Nothing comes to mind... I stare into space and reach that moment of Nirvana where the brain stops to function (without the aid of alcohol).

So I continue through the miscellaneous, but essential fill in the blanks. I will admit "Who is buried in Grant's Tomb?" gave me some trouble, but I managed to work my way through it using the process of elimination. Good thing public schools taught me about standardized testing.

Then the "If a member recommended you, who was it?" I don't know his screen name.. I only know his real name. Well crap... Now what? I skip the box.

I get my password wrong twice.. I hope that isn't a sign of things to come.

And then I have to go back to the top and there we sit. The monitor and I in a battle of wills. It wants me to make a decision. I want it to fill the box in for itself. And nothing.

I must echo Boone's thoughts here. Decision making being a complex, occasionally interminable and sometimes sufficiently frustrating task that it sends me on a quick search for something else to do until the tsunami passes, I can empathize with your difficulty. I can also, like my friend Boone, tell you that you are an admirable "fit". Questioning and indecision are welcome and actually encouraged-particularly questioning.
